No Refund Policy. The Ebook is a digital product that is delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it is delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations after a successful purchase.
Please read the product details, sample pages and FAQ on our website carefully before you buy. By completing the payment, you agree to this No Refund Policy.
1. No refunds in these cases
- You changed your mind or bought the Ebook by mistake.
- You have already downloaded or opened the Ebook.
- You did not win a tender or get any work. The Ebook explains the process and does not promise results (see our Terms & Conditions).
- You expected different content from what is described on our website.
2. No cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after the payment is successful, because the download link is delivered immediately.
3. What we will do if there is a problem
- Didn't receive the Ebook / link not working: email us with your Razorpay payment ID and we will send the file to you again.
- File does not open: we will send you a fresh copy of the PDF.
- Charged twice for the same order: the extra (duplicate) payment will be returned to your original payment method. This is a correction of a payment error, not a refund of the Ebook.
- Payment failed but money was debited: such amounts are usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. No order is created for a failed payment.
